Our client needed the help of Network Scientific Sales and Marketing to attract delegates to their conference in addition to promoting and marketing that conference within the industry to drive engagement from exhibitors and potential delegates.
Key campaign requirements:
We worked with the client to build a detailed brief and then used our existing networks and online searches to build a prospect list of several hundred relevant potential delegates. We contacted these prospects by telephone and email to drive interest in the conference and secure their commitment to attend. Closer to the conference date, we re-contacted those prospects who had shown an interest but not committed. We also carried out design work, putting together a PDF flyer detailing the conference to be sent to prospects by email.
The overall outcome of the campaign was very positive, with a 91% uplift in attendance when compared to the previous year.
