The client is a global market leader in providing specialist optics and optical components, as well as specialist photonics technology, that is prevalent in a number of industries including Life Sciences, R&D, Biomedical and many others. With over 50 years of experience, they are well known in the industry as the go to provider for both unique parts, as well as standard stock.
The client has contracted Network Scientific on an ongoing basis to develop their sales pipeline, providing industries where they wish to gather more traction and stake a claim to competitors footholds, as well as industries they are already operational in but wish to generate more business within.
The client has also provided Network Scientific with previously lapsed clients of theirs who they wished to get back in touch with, in order to facilitate further discussion about their requirements for optical components.

Telemarketing – reaching out to prospects by phone to generate new, or revive existing, business for the client

Working with the client, Network Scientific has, on multiple occasions, identified an extensive list of relevant prospects from many different industries. Once compiled, we have contacted these relevant contacts by phone, on behalf of the client, to gather information on their use of optics and optical components within the business, find out about their current supply and future opportunities, and if appropriate qualified them to send to the client for further following up or to quote for the products they require.
Network Scientific has periodically cleansed the database throughout the campaign, allowing the client to get the most out of the calling by only having active and promising prospects being called. We have also worked off prospects sent over by the client and, at their request, reengaged with them to discuss new opportunities.
The client has working with Network Scientific for over a year now and maintains that the work we do is exceptional, and they are consistently happy with the quality and quantity of the leads we are sending through to bulk their sales pipeline.
