The Client
This company is a well-established and growing national provider of low temperature storage solutions from their large and secure UK offsite bio-repository facility. They offer a variety of services including secure ultra low temperature storage, disaster recovery and through their sister company sell and support a range of low temperature and cryogenic freezers.
The Requirement
The client engaged with Network Scientific to utilise both our lead generation services as well as our internet marketing services. They wanted to promote their ‘Disaster Recovery Service’ and other offerings within the UK and ultimately improve their market share. There was a rather large lapse in backup plans for low temperature storage failures across a variety of industries, and the client was set on solving this through their unique service.
The primary purpose of the campaign was to secure qualified leads to feed into the client’s sales pipeline in addition to raising brand awareness in the target markets. For the telephone-based lead generation side of the project, the client wanted us to generate as many interested prospect clients as possible. For the internet marketing, the client required us to manage their website, creating and uploading relevant content to their blog as well as handling their social media accounts, including all the updates and content posted.
Key campaign requirements:
Prospect Database Creation – Across a wide range of industries that required the use of low temperature storage, including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Academic Research.
Telemarketing – To generate qualified sales leads and those individuals who wanted to engage in further discussion with the client
Quote Generation – Ascertaining the requirements of prospects in order to pass on the information to the client who could provide an accurate quote and send it directly to key decision makers.
Social Media Management – To increase brand awareness and to promote both their products and services
SEO and Website Management – To keep the website up to date and ranking higher for relevant key words, therefore increasing awareness of their services within their target industries.
The Delivery
For the lead generation, we worked with the client to compile an extensive prospect list of appropriate companies and contact details of relevant decision makers. These individuals were then contacted by phone on behalf of the client to make the initial company introduction. For those contacts where we were unable to make contact via phone, we sent an email from the client’s domain as if we were employees of the business, to introduce the products.
For the internet marketing side of the campaign, we invested time in ascertaining what interested the Client’s customers and potential prospects, and suggested activities that could be performed to increase brand awareness. Examples include the production and development of blog posts, social media posts highlighting the benefits of the products/services provided by the client and designating relevant hashtags to maximise engagement with digital content.
The Feedback
The campaign was very successful, with a variety of leads produced for not only the Client’s ‘Disaster Recovery Service’, but also for their other services and products.
This has led to a long-term working relationship with the client, covering not only Lead Generation and Digital marketing, but also our variety of Design Services including development of a new website.
