Specialist Chemical Blender

A strategic, targeted lead generation campaign for a contract manufacturer which generated an average of 1.5 leads per day.

The Client​

This client are contract manufacturers and packers of powder and liquid formulations for agrochemical and general chemical applications.

They have manufacturing capacity in powder blending, liquid blending, granulation, filling, packing, and repacking. They can also provide powders and liquids formulation and analytical services on in-house production.

The Requirement​

The client engaged with Network Scientific to utilise our lead generation services. They wanted to promote their contract manufacturing, packing, repacking and formulation development services to ultimately increase their market share. Their services are extremely pertinent within the agrochemical industry.

The primary purpose of the campaign was to secure qualified leads to feed into the client’s sales pipeline in addition to raising brand awareness in the target markets. For the telephone-based lead generation the client wanted us to generate as many interested prospect clients as possible.

Key campaign requirements:

  • Prospect Database Creation – specifically focussed on the agrochemical, biocidal and chemical markets
  • Telemarketing – To generate sales leads and those individuals who wanted further contact from the client
  • Appointment Setting – So that the client could further demonstrate the benefits of their services

The Delivery​

For the lead generation, we worked with the client to compile an extensive prospect list of appropriate companies and contact details of relevant decision makers. These individuals were then contacted by phone on behalf of the client to make the initial company introduction.

For those contacts where we were unable to make contact via phone, we sent an email from the client’s domain as if we were employees of the business, to introduce the products. All conversations and email correspondence were recorded and presented back in weekly reports.

The Feedback​

The overall outcome of the initial campaign was exceedingly positive, and the client was extremely happy with the results. The stand out metric from this campaign has to be the average number of leads per day of calling: 1.5.
